Hopeful mountain biking excursion today.
Hello, size three pants. It’s been a few years.
Running is better than coffee in the morning
Fried egg with a little bit of pesto and tomato. Best decision I’ve made today.
10 minutes on the bicycle
10 minutes on the elliptical
10 minutes on the treadmill
REPEAT
Burned ~500 kcal.
Dying. And eating anything I find with protein.
Two miles straight!
In 20:44!
Then I ran another mile and some change.
I got compliments/encouragement from two older ladies: “Look at her justa runnin. Go on, girl!” and two paramedics.
I’m really starting to like this.
There’s hardly anything worse (as far as soreness goes) than having a sore back. I feel it in every movement. I just want to laying in bed all day.
I really don’t like running on treadmills.
I jogged/walked 4.2 miles yesterday. I’m really starting to like running. I think I’m going to up a mile every month. Since I started in January I ran a mile straight. February- 2 miles straight. March, hopefully I can run 3 miles without stopping. Should be doable.
And on that note my legs are looking great! I fit into every single pair of shorts I’ve owned in the past 4 years. I tried them on knowing they would all fit. It’s a wonderful feeling.
